Troy is a Founding Partner of Corporate Symphony International, with 15 years experience as an Executive Coach. Troy holds an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Graduate of the Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University. Troy is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), the International Coaching Federation’s highest designation, and was recognized as the Canadian Coach of the Year 2010, at the ICF’s international conference.
Troy has extensive experience in a number of industries, including telecommunications, technology, logistics, consulting, accounting and business services.
Troy founded Corporate Symphony and has built it into a world class team of coaches across North America, capable of delivering integrated, consistent and effective leadership development programs. Troy and Corporate Symphony have been recognized for executive coaching excellence with 4 Prism coaching awards (the highest honour in the coaching field) over the last 4 years.
Troy specializes in collaborating with leaders and organizations to design and implement coaching programs that maximize leadership development, business results, and sustainability.
