Traci Wells
Traci Wells is a Senior Learning professional with more than 10 years experiencing designing, developing and implementing large and small scale leadership development initiatives.
Traci is a graduate of the OISE Adult Learning program and completed a Strategic Human Resources program through Royal Roads University in 2005. Traci believes in lifelong learning and is continually developing her skills to stay current and forward thinking in the areas of Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Human Resources and Learning and Development.
Traci developed her passion for all things learning during her tenure at Rogers Communications. At Rogers, Traci led the implementation of the first corporate wide Management Development Program and was recognized by the Canadian Society of Training and Development with the Gold award for program excellence in 2009.
Traci is a seasoned facilitator and keynote speaker with the ability to engage and educate audiences at all levels. Traci has a unique ability to relate to and influence employees from the front line to the executive level. She determines the vision for a win-win for both the organization and the people in it and through wise strategy, resource and relationship management she gets there.
