Su Townsend
Su is a management consultant and an experienced leadership and career development partner, with a background in research, assessment and program design. Su holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree with majors in Industrial Sociology and Psychology from Rhodes University. Su has a General Certification in the use of Human Synergistics assessment tools, focused on leadership, team and individual development and is currently completing courses toward the achievement of the Conflict Resolution: Mediation/Third Party Intervention Certificate offered by the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
Su brings more than 20 years of senior leadership and team development experience to the career enhancement, intervention and conflict resolution work she undertakes. Her breadth of experience – in industry sectors as diverse as tourism, mining, marketing and distribution, financial services, agriculture, real estate and high tech – gives her a deep resource to tap into when working with individuals and teams.
