Shirley Sword
With over thirty years of corporate experience, Shirley is experienced in building and nurturing multi-million dollar divisions through accelerated growth, mergers, and transformation. She is a change agent with streamlining and consolidating experience improving performance, service, and quality. Shirley has a rare mix of Operations expertise including Services, Consulting, Customer Advocacy, Telecommunications, and Talent Development. Most recently, she served as Services Vice President for Avaya’s Global Support organization.

Shirley graduated with honors from John F. Kennedy University, receiving the Avice M. Saint Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement and Leadership in the field of Management. Her Master of Arts in Management Degree emphasized Cultural Change and Transformation. Shirley received her Certified Professional Coach credentials from the Institute for Professional Coaching Excellence (iPEC). She is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) as well as certified on the Hogan Assessment, the Cevey Systems Management Potential Evaluation, and the Lominger Voices Evaluation.
Shirley divides her time between Eden Prairie, Minnesota and Sonoma, California.
