Sandy Russell
Sandy brings a passion for inspiring and developing people to realize their full potential in leadership & life. In 2009 she received the International Coach Federation B.C. Prism Award (Honourable Mention) celebrating excellence and business achievement through professional coaching as a leadership strategy. She brings over 20 years of business experience from various industries – financial services, retail, healthcare, hospitality, government and telecommunications.
Sandy has spent 18 years in organizational development roles coaching and facilitating/training teams and individuals – executives/senior leaders, high potentials/emerging leaders and front line staff. Specialty areas include leadership/people management, assertiveness & influence, coaching skills, team cohesion, career/purpose alignment and change. She is passionate about helping people and teams raise their consciousness so they leverage their potential and maximize their impact on employee engagement and performance.
Sandy is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified HR Professional (CHRP). Sandy’s education includes graduate studies in the Queens MBA program and a BA (Psych) from UBC. She is a graduate of Co-active Space Leadership and has advanced coach training in ORSC, a leading edge model supporting teams to resolve conflict, pro-actively navigate change and create inspired vision. As a volunteer, Sandy enjoys supporting others in their quest for meaningful work and inspired living.
