Lori Farr
A pioneer in the coaching industry, Lori has dedicated over 20 years to meeting the leadership development needs of Executives, Business Owners and Teams. She specializes in improving people skills, productivity and business results through the skillful use of Personal Leadership Strengths to create an effective base for leading others. As an insightful Team Facilitator, Lori focuses on a sustainable foundation of team self-management where collaboration and Collective Leadership can emerge. She is known for her warmth, depth and practical results-oriented nature.
Lori received her leadership training from Stephen R. Covey and was certified in The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People/Principle Centered Leadership. She is a graduate of Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. She has founded two firms in Leadership Coaching and Corporate Stress Reduction, has co-developed the team program Collective Leadership, was the creator of Focused Golf: Mind/Body Control for Professional Golfers and is an Author.
Lori holds the unique experience of regaining her ability to speak/read/write after surviving a hemorrhagic stroke. After rebuilding her own leadership capacity, she now challenges her clients to rethink what they are capable of, to sharpen their focus on what is truly important and to trust their inherent strengths.
Her diverse client base includes the industries of finance, accounting, transportation, mining, health care, manufacturing, sports/entertainment, marketing and extensive experience in government.
