Loie Unwin
Loie has spent 35+ years managing projects and teams in a variety of industries. Loie’s diverse work background, her ability to assist others see the path to success, her love of policy and process and her ability “to get things done” are traits clients find invaluable. Loie provides executive and team coaching, facilitation, public consultation and training to organizations throughout Western Canada. Loie brings authenticity, wisdom, creativity, a strong sense of process and her always present sense of humour to the table. The result is her clients feel comfortable and confident in their ability to achieve results and move forward.
Trained at Royal Roads University’s Certified Executive Coach program, Loie is a member of the International Coach Federation and has received her ACC Certification. Loie has coached Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Teams within the private and public sector including government, health care, hospitality, construction and oil and gas. Loie is also a coach educator offering two programs to teach executives, managers and supervisors to use a coach approach in their leadership.
She knows and understands the challenges of business and leadership and she knows how to manage, challenge and engage people. Loie believes there is no more powerful tool than coaching to move forward and achieve results.
