Linda Maul
Linda is the Founding Partner of Creating People Power; for over eighteen years she has been building leadership capacity within organizations through coaching, consulting and training. She is a graduate of the Royal Roads University Executive Coach Program, the Human Resources Certificate Program at the University of Alberta and a student of Organizational Systems Thinking. She is co-author of the book Be the Leader They Love! …which is her life purpose… helping leaders be the leader others love to work for.
Although Linda works in a variety of environments/industries including government, private industry and educational institutions, her passion is working with leaders in more industrial settings intent on growing themselves and others. Her clients will tell you ‘she walks softly but carries a big stick.’ As a mentor-coach (always with a coach approach first) she is also committed to being your thinking partner, to bust through barriers, to adopt new thinking and behaviours, and to achieve the results you are looking for.
In her volunteer world, Linda is Past President of the ICF Edmonton Coaches Association, and a mentor-coach with the Canadian Youth Business Foundation.
She tells everyone, “This is the most fulfilling work I have done in my career.”
