Laura Clark-Lumbard
Laura is an experienced facilitator with a background in learning and development strategy and design including a certificate in adult education. Her experience includes 15 + years working with all levels of management in both the public and private sector.
Prior to becoming a full-time consultant, Laura held various roles in Learning and Development for the following organizations: Rogers Communications Inc., Warner Lambert, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, Knowledge Alliance and Ricoh Canada.
She has also spent many years in Sales Force Automation as a business lead collaborating with Sales and IT developing, designing and training corporate programs that support customer relationship management, strategic direction and business priorities.
Laura brings strength in areas of Strategic and Creative Thinking, Instructional Techniques and Design, Training Needs Analysis as well as project and change management. Clients enjoy Laura’s easy demeanor, coupled with her passion for learning.
Laura earned her Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) in Physics and Biology from the University of Toronto as well as her Adult Learning Certificate from Durham College. She lives in Courtice, Ontario with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read and hit the open road on her red Ducati motorcycle.
