Over the last 20 years Diane honed her specialty in management and human resources as an executive with one of Atlantic Canada’s leading employers and as the founding partner of Evolution Consulting Group, a management consulting company specializing in Human Resources Management with practice areas in executive coaching, HR strategy and counsel, organizational effectiveness and learning.
