Delia O’Connor
Delia has 20 years of experience as a senior leader and Executive Coach. As a coach, Delia employs a pragmatic and results oriented approach with her clients. She specializes in leadership development for up and coming organizational leaders; women in leadership; and coaching for performance with individuals and teams. Coaching engagements typically include a balance between coaching for results and coaching to develop one’s leadership capability. Delia also assists her clients with increasing their personal alignment toward organizational goals for increased engagement and leadership impact.
Delia’s corporate background in financial services includes roles as Senior Vice President with responsibility for sales and investment program management of several Southeastern Regional Brokerage firms in the US. She was also head of the Bank Dealer / Capital Markets Division for institutional fixed income having oversight responsibility for sales, operations, compliance, and underwriting activities for the Bank Dealer. She was recognized for leading double digit growth during a Bank conversion and remained top quartile performer during her tenure in investment sales, sales management and leadership roles.
As a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute, Delia holds the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves on the board of the local ICF Chapter, the Tennessee Coaches Alliance.
