Allan Cameron
Allan provides executive coaching services that are uniquely tailored to the demands of high performance cultures within mid to large-sized organizations. His mission is to call forth exemplary, unique and authentic potential within the coaching relationship through inviting personal awareness, transformation and growth. He is dedicated to having executives and other senior managers identify and attain their unique contribution. This is accomplished through a collaborative process of strength and gap assessment, the development of increased insight through “stretch” challenges and culminates in the formulation of best practices. This process occurs in a respectful, supportive, and stimulating coach-coachee relationship that generates measurable return on investment.
Allan received his Masters in Social Work with a speciality in counselling with a Systems Perspective, as applied to individuals, groups and organizations. He is a Certified Executive Coach, receiving his credential from Royal Roads University. He was a consultant with the Bank of Montreal’s Employees Assistance Program for ten years before going into full time private practice.
Allan has over twenty-five years of experience working with diverse clients. His presence is informed by his curiosity, humour and passionate regard for the whole-self of others. Allan has coached in financial institutions, marketing companies, entertainment companies, international electronics firms as well as in the government and not-for-profit sectors.
